Born and raised in Killdeer, ND, I came to massage therapy after a car collision left me in severe pain from head to toe. After years of recovery through weightlifting, swimming, and yoga teacher training I began feeling stuck in life took the leap to become a Massage Therapist.
I signed up for Elite Massage Academy (EMA) in Fargo, ND, for the 1100hr certification knowing Id get to step into this calling with confidence in helping your body to function and live the life you deserve.
Graduated EMA in Spring 2022, and by Fall I started my practice under Josh Karey at Hands Made for Healing in Dickinson, ND. and with my couriosity for the human body and different modalities I started to help make a difference in peoples lives.
A little over a year later my partner and I bought a home and moved to Beulah, ND where I hope to share my skills within a new community to help others feel better, so we can live better.
I like to meet bodies as they are on the table that day, never the exact same massage twice. Some days everything aches and needs the lightest touches, while others we crave a "deep as you can" massage. So every massage is different, but I always work lighter to deeper pressure with the clients guidance on how they're feeling.

Great for those new to massage, this is a lighter work, promoting relaxation and some Zzz's while still getting aches and tightness out.

Great for One area of focus, such as neck/shoulders, or low back/ hips, calves/ feet etc...
Can be for Deep Tissue or Swedish/Relaxation
These can be an a single area of focus, sometimes just upper body, just lower body, sometimes laying face down or up for the whole session depending on you and your body at the time
This legnth of time is perfect for those wanting a little extra time in certain muscles, and still work the full body if wanted that day
