• appointments cancelled within 24hrs of the session will be charged 100% of amount due
•  No shows will be charged 100%  of the amount due
• PLEASE contact if canceling due to illness ( cold, flu, COVID, ect. ) or injury . Reducing the spread of illness is #1 priority. Frequent late cancels / no-shows due to illness will be charged 50% of the amount due per appointment.

After booking your appointment online and filling out the intake form, its time to arrive for your massage.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session, this will give you time to use the restroom, explain what we'll be working on in this session and give you time to settle onto the table.

During every appointment the front door will be locked to protect client privacy
Once the sessions starts clients are welcome to sleep or talk, or ask for any adjustments to the room

 ( heat, fans, sound machines, comfort on the table, ect. )

Coming to your appointment you can wear whatever you wish! Some come straight from work, some from home.
I ask clients to dress down to what is comfortable for them. I am able to apply techniques over clothing, and with direct skin contact with creme or oils for glide.
An example is SI, Glutes, and Hips. I can provide my best work skin to skin, but client comfort comes first always and can easily work over clothes to accomodate.
